Nibal + John | Intimate wedding – St. Albert Enjoy Centre

Nibal and John were married in a small, intimate wedding at the Enjoy Centre in St. Albert. They said their vows to each other surrounded by their closest friends and family from various parts of the world, and I am so grateful to be a part of their amazing wedding day. Each detail was carefully planned out by John’s sister, Edmonton makeup artist Amy Robertson. As a lover of dogs myself, my heart ballooned when I saw that Nibal and John’s dog, Miloo, was featured on the seating cards. Nibal and John only had eyes for each other the whole day, and I don’t think they stopped laughing or smiling all day long. It was completely magical.
During our portrait time, I remember Nibal asked if their ceremony seemed very short. She said it went by so fast that it felt like it barely took any time at all! That’s how a lot of weddings feel – you have so much build up over the year (or more!) that you are planning your wedding. When your wedding day finally arrives, even the most small and intimate of weddings will go by in the blink of an eye. It’s always been said, but I’ll say it again – try to slow down, take time for each other, and take it all in. You won’t regret taking just a few minutes alone to bask in your happiness!
